Generation of route status and performance reports We are looking for your talent! **Monitoring Operators** **Objective:** To supervise delivery units in real time using satellite tracking systems and communication tools, ensuring compliance with routes, schedules, and safety regulations. Contribute to risk reduction, operational control, and enhanced customer service in distribution operations. **Main Responsibilities:** Monitor delivery unit routes via GPS and telematics systems. Verify compliance with itineraries, delivery schedules, and authorized stops. Detect and report route deviations, incidents, delays, or risks. Maintain constant communication with drivers and delivery team leaders to provide operational support. Record incidents (accidents, delays, route changes, mechanical failures). Coordinate with logistics, traffic, and security teams to address emergencies. Generate daily reports on route status, timing, and performance. Ensure proper use of assigned tools and equipment (radio, GPS, software).
