CNC Programmer and Operator

Job Summary: We are seeking a technical professional for CNC programming and operation of machining centers and lathes to manufacture high-precision parts and contribute to continuous process improvement. Manufacturing high-precision parts in a dynamic environment We seek a candidate with a strong technical background to join our manufacturing team. The primary objective is programming and operating machining centers and lathes to produce high-precision parts. **Key Responsibilities:** * **Programming:** Develop and debug CNC programs for 2- to 5-axis machines (lathes and milling machines). * **Setup and Operation:** Perform tool mounting, workpiece clamping, and zero-point setting. * **Technical Support:** Validate machine operation on-site and perform necessary program corrections. * **Continuous Improvement:** Participate in the selection or design of workholding fixtures and propose improvements to manufacturing processes (Kaizen/Lean). * **Quality Control:** Ensure all parts meet required tolerances and technical specifications. **Technical Requirements:** * **Education:** Mechanical Engineering degree, Technical Superior University (TSU) in Machine Tools, or equivalent technical training. * **Software:** Demonstrable experience in CAM programming (ESPRIT CAM or similar software preferred). * **Machinery:** Familiarity with Mitsubishi, HAAS, or similar controls. * **Metrology:** Proficient use of precision measuring instruments and ability to read technical drawings. * **Methodologies:** Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing principles or related certifications. **Employment Conditions:** * **Salary:** Competitive, based on skills and technical experience. * **Benefits:** Statutory benefits from date of hire. * **Working Hours:** * Monday to Thursday: 08:00 – 17:00 h. * Friday: 08:00 – 15:00 h. * Saturday: 08:00 – 13:00 h.
