Job Summary: This position involves leading a team in operational processes for merchandise handling, ensuring the proper functioning of receiving, staging, and picking operations, and optimizing overall operations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead the team in operational processes for merchandise handling. 2. Ensure the proper functioning of receiving, staging, and picking operations. 3. Monitor operational and personnel incidents. Job Objective Lead your team in operational processes related to merchandise handling. Main Responsibilities Ensure the proper functioning of receiving, staging, and picking processes. * Analyze operational KPIs to identify improvement areas and implement necessary changes. * Monitor and follow up on operational and personnel incidents. * Verify that merchandise loading is performed correctly during picking. * Guarantee proper merchandise handling during transportation and stacking. * Ensure the use and proper functioning of work tools. * Verify correct use of PPE in the work area. Candidate Profile Experience in Logistics Operations and personnel management * Goal- and target-oriented. * Ability to work under pressure, achievement-focused, effective communication, and teamwork.
