




Job Summary: Supervises the receipt and storage of fresh eggs and raw materials, manages inventory, and ensures compliance with food safety and industrial safety regulations. Key Highlights: 1. Inventory management using PEPS/FIFO and FEFO with traceability. **Job Requirements** * Education: Industrial Engineering, Logistics, or Food Science (ONLY) * Age: 30–45 years old * Minimum 4 years of experience **Key Responsibilities** * Supervise the **receipt of fresh eggs and raw materials**, verifying quality, temperature, and sanitary conditions. * Ensure storage under controlled conditions (**cold chain**, humidity, cleanliness). * Manage inventory with a focus on **PEPS/FIFO and FEFO** (by expiration date). * Maintain **batch-level traceability**, including production and expiration dates. * Coordinate timely material replenishment to production. * Implement and ensure compliance with: * GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) * HACCP * POES (Sanitation and cleaning procedures) * Lead internal and external audits (customers, certifications, regulatory authorities). * Control losses, expirations, and returns. * Personnel administration * Ensure compliance with industrial safety standards. * Coordinate with procurement, production, and logistics to ensure continuous flow. **Additional Experience** * Experience managing **cold chain** (mandatory). * Batch- and expiration-based inventory management. * Supervision of operational staff. **Technical Knowledge** * ERP systems * Inventory control (FIFO, FEFO) * Food safety standards (HACCP, GMP) * Operation of refrigerated and frozen storage chambers * Traceability and document control * Intermediate–advanced Excel **Skills** * Operational leadership * Planning and organization * Quality and food safety orientation * Decision-making under pressure * Effective communication * Attention to detail **Performance Indicators (KPIs)** * Inventory accuracy ≥ 98% * Cold chain compliance (%) * Losses and expirations (%) * Production service level * On-time shipment fulfillment (%) * Audit results (non-conformities) * Inventory turnover **Working Conditions** * Work in refrigerated chambers (0–4°C) and processing areas * Mandatory use of PPE and sanitary equipment * Availability to rotate shifts * Demanding operational environment **Desirable Competencies** * Experience with egg-derived products * Knowledge of certifications (SQF, FSSC 22000 or similar) * Continuous improvement (Lean, 5S) Employment Type: Indefinite-term position Salary: $10,000\.00 \- $12,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Savings fund * Company parking * Free parking * Additional vacation days or paid leave Work Location: On-site employment Expected Start Date: 25/05/2026
