




Position Summary: A prestigious accounting firm is seeking a Payroll Analyst to accurately manage client payroll, ensure legal compliance, and deliver excellent customer service. Key Responsibilities: 1. Accurate calculation and processing of payroll, taxes, and benefits. 2. Ensure legal compliance and continuous updates to regulatory requirements. 3. Seeking Payroll Analyst Your primary duties and responsibilities will include: * Accurately calculate and process client payroll, including taxes, employee benefits, wage garnishments, sick leave, and other payroll deductions. * Maintain payroll records and ensure all data is entered into the system accurately and timely. * Ensure ongoing legal compliance. * Deliver excellent customer service by clarifying payroll-related inquiries and promptly and efficiently resolving any issues. * Maintain accurate records and prepare payroll reports. * Stay up-to-date with changes in payroll laws and regulations and communicate such changes to clients. * Collaborate with the HR team to ensure employee records are current and accurate. * Participate in ad hoc and special projects to improve payroll processes. IMPORTANT: Proficiency in CONTPAQi software and experience managing payroll for over 100 employees.
