Integration and commissioning of automation solutions At CDA Robotics, we are strengthening our technical team to execute industrial automation projects focused on integration, programming, and commissioning of plant-level control systems. We seek a technical professional with experience in PLC programming under the VASS06 standard, capable of developing, integrating, and validating automation solutions in industrial environments, possessing sound technical judgment for system diagnostics, testing, and commissioning. **Objective** Develop, program, and implement PLC-based control systems compliant with the VASS06 standard, ensuring proper integration with automation equipment, adherence to customer standards, and efficient execution during plant commissioning. **Required Experience** * \+2 years of experience in PLC programming in industrial environments. * Experience working under the VASS06 standard\. * Experience with Siemens PLCs (TIA Portal, Step 7\). * Knowledge of industrial networks (Profinet, Profibus). * Experience integrating field devices (sensors, actuators, variable frequency drives). * Ability to interpret electrical and logic diagrams. * Experience in plant commissioning. * Diagnostics and troubleshooting of automated systems. * Experience with HMI/SCADA (WinCC or others) is preferred. * Experience in automotive environments (desirable). **Responsibilities** * PLC development and programming under the VASS06 standard\. * Integration of control hardware and field devices. * Configuration of industrial networks and inter-device communication. * Simulation testing and validation of control logic. * Plant commissioning and system startup. * Diagnostics and troubleshooting during commissioning. * Interpretation of electrical diagrams for logic implementation. * On-site program adjustments and optimization. * Technical documentation of programs and modifications performed. * Compliance with safety regulations and customer standards.
