Opportunity for professional development and job stability **HVAC Engineer** **Location:** Industrial plant (pharmaceutical sector) **Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (with additional availability) **Job Description** A prominent pharmaceutical company seeks an **HVAC Engineer** with experience in heating, ventilation, and air conditioning systems in industrial settings. The position combines technical and administrative responsibilities, focusing on ensuring proper operation, maintenance, and continuous improvement of HVAC systems within the plant. **Main Responsibilities** * HVAC system design and engineering. * Thermal load calculations and equipment selection. * Installation, maintenance, and fault diagnosis. * Air balancing and pressure control (positive and negative). * Ductwork design and piping layout. * Supervision of preventive and corrective maintenance. * Inspection and troubleshooting of industrial equipment. * Maintenance planning and inventory control. * Coordination of technical staff and contractors. **Requirements** * Completed engineering degree (degree certificate and professional license required). * Minimum 3 years’ experience with HVAC systems in industry. * Experience managing personnel. * Knowledge of: * HVAC, refrigeration, and industrial maintenance. * Electricity and control systems. * Air balancing and pressure management. * Proficiency in: * Intermediate Excel. * AutoCAD. * Digital tools for reporting. **We Offer** * Salary: **$33,000 to $35,000 gross monthly**. * Statutory benefits and above-standard benefits. * Opportunity for professional development. * Job stability.
