Job Title: Key User ERP Objective: Maintain, update, and implement the Oracle Cloud ERP system across the Procurement, Sourcing, Purchasing, and Supplier Portal modules, applying foundational administrative knowledge based on Oracle Cloud ERP’s global best practices and standards. Requirements: . * Completed bachelor’s degree in economics, administration, or related fields * 1–3 years of experience in similar roles * Knowledge of administrative management, advanced Excel skills, experience in procurement processes; basic knowledge of IT systems and ERP systems; ability to effectively identify and resolve technical issues. Key Responsibilities: - Address support tickets for Oracle ERP purchasing modules to resolve operational issues encountered by application users at the interface level. - Maintain Oracle ERP configuration and internal catalogs to ensure optimal system performance. - Log and track reports of issues identified in Oracle ERP requiring specialized assistance from Oracle analysts to achieve efficient resolution without disrupting user operations. - Monitor Oracle ERP operations, create and update user guides and manuals, and conduct user training to promote correct application usage in alignment with global best practices and standards. - Implement enhancements and modifications introduced in Oracle ERP during quarterly updates to ensure optimal adoption.
