Job Objective Provide support in managing import processes, ensuring international goods arrive on time, in full, and in compliance with all legal and administrative requirements. What will you do in this role? * Assist in preparing and reviewing import documentation (invoices, certificates of origin, contracts, etc.). * Verify orders and regulatory requirements. * Monitor international shipments closely and promptly. * Coordinate with suppliers, customs agents, and carriers. * Update import databases and reports. * Assist in resolving incidents and claims. * Collaborate with internal departments to ensure proper receipt and distribution of goods. Candidate Profile * Bachelor’s degree in International Trade, International Business, Logistics, Administration, or related field. * Minimum 1 year of experience in import processes. (MANDATORY) * Knowledge of: * Import procedures and documentation. * International logistics and transportation. * Data analysis. * Availability to work in the Sanctorum Cuautlancingo area.
