Provided work tools (Laptop, cellular network) BETTER; We are a strategic partner providing nationwide recruitment, training, development, and specialization services for human capital (Sales Force) We are looking for a Personnel Manager to oversee the daily management of our point-of-sale workforce and remotely monitor operational incidents A C T I V I T I E S • Supervise and monitor daily operations of operational staff. • Identify, validate, and resolve staffing-related incidents or issues (absences, turnover, staff reports, etc.) • Maintain constant communication with area managers, supervisors, and point-of-sale collaborators to ensure smooth operations • Hiring, termination, and ST7 disability leaves • Workforce roster control • Request and track severance calculations and termination procedures • Manage and track productivity letters and commitment letters • Monitor regional goals and submit periodic progress reports. • Resolve problems with a sense of urgency • Communicate monthly goals to Team Leaders and SWAT Leaders.
