Position Summary: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive trainee with excellent interpersonal skills to support validation, geometry, injection, and plant activities. Key Highlights: 1. Support in validation and geometry testing. 2. Assistance in EPM and plant activities. 3. Development of skills with a positive attitude and initiative. **Requirements:** * Currently pursuing a degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or International Business. * Must have voluntary health insurance. * Strong interpersonal skills. * Knowledge of metrics. * Proficiency in Excel. * Advanced English. * Dynamic, positive attitude, initiative and proactivity, eagerness to learn. * Availability of time. **Main Responsibilities:** * Validation testing. * Geometry testing. * Support for injection trials. * Material shipment and management. * Support for EPM activities. * Support for plant activities.
