Dynamic and collaborative work environment **Administrative Operational Assistant** **Job Objective:** To provide comprehensive support in customer service, inventory management, quotation preparation, order processing, payroll administration, and general supervisor assistance, ensuring the smooth daily operations of the company. **Responsibilities:** * Customer Service. * Respond to customer inquiries, requests, and complaints through various channels (telephone, email, in-person, etc.). * Provide prompt and effective solutions to ensure customer satisfaction. * Payroll Administration. * Assist in preparing the monthly payroll, including recording working hours and related data. * Verify employee payments and benefits. * Ensure accurate documentation and follow-up. * Provide general administrative support to supervisors and other team members. * Perform filing tasks, document organization, and other administrative activities. **Requirements:** * Prior experience in customer service or administration. * Basic knowledge of inventory management and quotations. * Organizational and communication skills. * Proficiency in office software (Excel, Word, etc.). * Proactive attitude and ability to work collaboratively. * Flexibility to perform diverse tasks as required by the department. **We Offer:** * Continuous training. * Dynamic and collaborative work environment.
