**Job Opening: Kitchen, Bar and Cashier Staff**
We are looking for a multifunctional, responsible individual with a service-oriented attitude, capable of performing tasks at the **bar, beverage preparation, kitchen support and cash handling**.

**Job Objective**
Deliver exceptional service to each customer from the bar and cashier, ensuring correct preparation, presentation and delivery of food and beverages. Maintain efficient, clean and orderly operations, guaranteeing quality and a positive experience for all guests.
**Key Responsibilities**
* Prepare mise en place, ingredients and recipes following instructions from the Head Chef and Manager.
* Prepare beverages (classic and menu items) with proper technique, quality and presentation.
* Support food preparation as needed.
* Handle cash register duties: transactions, closing shifts, cash counts and management of various payment methods.
* Apply FIFO system and ensure proper storage of ingredients.
* Comply with hygiene and food safety standards (Clean Point Certification, NOM-251).
* Maintain order and cleanliness at the bar, kitchen and work areas.
* Participate in special events, production and operational support.
* Contribute to a positive work environment focused on service.
**Ideal Candidate Profile**
**Academic Background:**
* Technical or Bachelor’s degree in Gastronomy (or current student).
* Equivalent qualifications with proven experience will also be considered.
**Experience:**
* Minimum **2 years** in positions such as bartender, cashier or kitchen assistant.
**Gender:** Unrestricted.
