




Position Summary: Advise HR and Management on labor matters, represent the company before authorities, and manage labor litigation while overseeing regulatory compliance. Key Highlights: 1. Professional stability and growth **Main Responsibilities** * Advise HR and Management on labor matters (Federal Labor Law, Official Mexican Standards [NOMs], labor reform). * Represent the company before authorities (Labor Boards, Courts, Conciliation Centers). * Manage labor claims, conciliations, and trials. * Administer collective bargaining agreements and union relations. * Supervise compliance with NOM-035 and prevention of psychosocial risks. * Coordinate external legal firms. **Requirements** * Law degree (Mandatory). * Minimum 3–5 years of experience in similar positions. * In-depth knowledge of the Federal Labor Law and labor reform. * Experience in labor litigation and conciliation. * Negotiation, leadership, and crisis management skills. **We Offer** * Competitive salary. * Professional stability and growth.
