Support for work-life balance through work@home policy Manage and oversee customer communication and information regarding purchase order status, shipments, order receipt, and samples, serving as a strategic liaison between the company and the client. Customer service Ixtacuixtla, Tlaxcala, Mexico ### **Job description** * Safeguard and manage confidential customer information * Enter and track sample and commercial product orders in SAP * Confirm order progress with customers and promptly communicate any deviations * Prepare and follow up on delivery forecasts in coordination with Planning and Sales * Maintain direct communication with customers throughout the order and planning process * Manage and maintain customer\-specific catalogs and inventory references * Monitor demand in SAP to adjust forecasts, safety stock levels, and sales orders * Coordinate Outbound Delivery (OBD) creation and notify Shipping and relevant departments * Serve as liaison with the Foreign Trade team, customs brokers, and freight forwarders for export processes * Follow up on technical data sheets, samples, delivery dates, complaints, and credit notes * Create materials in the system based on Sales Managers’ sample requests * Provide support to the Sales/Customer Service Manager during their absence ### **Profile** * 2 to 5 years of professional experience in a similar position, ideally in a production\-oriented environment * Bachelor's degree in Industrial, Business Administration, International Business, or a related field * Conversational English * Commercial and administrative process management * Experience working with an ERP system (preferably SAP) * Cross\-functional collaboration * Goal\-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets * Negotiation and customer relationship management skills ### **Our offer** You will have the opportunity to learn and build experience and further expand your skills in a highly dynamic team.
