Job Summary: We are looking for a Technical Support Assistant to maintain the technological infrastructure, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, systems, and networks. Installation and updating of equipment **TECHNICAL SUPPORT** We are seeking a Technical Support Assistant to provide support in maintaining the company’s and its branches’ technological infrastructure within CDMX and State of Mexico, ensuring the proper functioning of equipment, systems, and networks. **Responsibilities:** * On-site technical support at branches. * Support for issues reported by office staff. * Configuration and troubleshooting of email, internet outages, telephones, CCTV failures, and IT infrastructure. * Periodic preventive and corrective maintenance of computer equipment. * Installation and maintenance of cameras at branches. * Installation and/or updating of computer equipment. * Equipment inventory. * Knowledge of corrective and preventive maintenance for computers, tablets, and mobile phones. * Basic networking knowledge. * Cable termination. **Requirements:** * Education: Technical degree or bachelor’s degree in Systems, Computer Science, or related field (in progress or completed). * Field work (visiting multiple branches). * Remote and on-site work. * Flexible schedule availability. * No difficulty lifting heavy items. * No fear of heights. **Basic Knowledge in:** * Windows operating systems (mandatory). * Microsoft Office suite. * Basic networking and structured cabling. * Service-oriented attitude and willingness to learn. * Organization and responsibility. **We Offer:** * Monthly salary of $13,000 MXN (net). * Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm (flexible schedule availability). * **70% FIELD WORK / 30% OFFICE WORK** * Job stability. * Positive work environment. * Statutory benefits (Christmas bonus, vacation time, and vacation premium). **Work Location:** Bosque de Radiatas, Cuajimalpa de Morelos, Mexico City, very close to the “El Pantalón” building, with availability to visit various branches across CDMX and State of Mexico, depending on operational needs. ***If interested, please send your CV or job application via WhatsApp to 5570095303, including your full name and the position you are applying for.*** Job Type: Full-time, Indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,500.00 – $13,000.00 per month Benefits: * Transportation assistance or service * Cafeteria service Workplace: On-site employment
