**Dispatch Coordinator** DEPARTMENT: Dispatch (Operations) APPLICANT: Operations Management Requirements: · Age between 28 and 35 years old · Experience: 1–2 verifiable years · Education: Degree in Logistics Engineering or related field · Full-time availability Knowledge: · Scheduling and route assignment per unit · Knowledge of administrative systems related to transportation logistics · Administrative processes for trip assignment (Fuel, Expenses, Waybills, Expense Receipts) · Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Mandatory) · Operational reports and statistics Competencies: · Ability to analyze and synthesize routes · Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills · Teamwork · High degree of responsibility · Decision-making ability and performance under pressure · Problem-solving skills and strong organizational capacity · Excellent service attitude Functions to perform: · Generate trips in the company’s administrative system (the one implemented) · Schedule and assign trips per unit and operator · Administrative control of trips (document delivery, fuel consumption forecasting, expense requisitions) · Monitoring of units during assigned trips and routes to ensure on-time and proper delivery Position type: Full-time Salary: Starting at $15,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
