




Position Summary: We are seeking a culinary professional to prepare high-quality, visually appealing dishes while maintaining hygiene standards and delivering an exceptional dining experience. Minimum 1 year of experience in hot kitchen operations. Technical or bachelor's degree in gastronomy. Ability to work under pressure, communicate effectively, and demonstrate a strong sense of urgency. Food preparation under hygiene standards. Plating and station organization. Assistance with inventory management and area cleaning. Flexible availability for scheduling. Rotating shifts, including weekends and holidays. Must reside within 30 minutes of the downtown area of San Andrés Cholula. Impeccable punctuality. Base salary paid biweekly. Weekly tips. Salary: $9,500.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
