If you love cars, automotive detailing, and want to become an expert in automotive painting, this is your opportunity. **Responsibilities:** * Vehicle preparation for painting (sanding, cleaning, and conditioning). * Professional masking and protection of parts. * Assistance in paint application and finishing. * Polishing, detailing, and final finishing of vehicles. * Teamwork to deliver vehicles with quality and on time. **Requirements:** * Young people aged **18 to 23 years**, eager to learn a trade. * Completed junior high school / high school diploma. * Basic experience (no expertise required—we provide full training). * Basic knowledge of polisher usage. * Interest in the automotive field. * Responsible, proactive attitude with attention to detail. **We Offer:** * Base salary with **weekly payments** * Statutory benefits from day one. * Continuous training (you start from scratch and specialize). * Opportunities for growth within the workshop. * Stability and career development in a high-demand industry.
