Position Summary: A prominent company is seeking a Training Analyst to develop and implement training courses, conduct onboarding, and apply DNC. Key Highlights: 1. Application of DNC and annual training plans **PROMINENT COMPANY SEEKING "TRAINING ANALYST"** **REQUIREMENTS** · Education: Completed Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Administration, or Industrial Engineering. \-Gender: Unrestricted \-Flexible working hours. \-Residence near Metepec. \-Work location: Metepec. \-Willingness to travel to various branches. Experience: One year in training. **Knowledge** \-Knowledge of NOM-035. \-Development and implementation of training courses. \-Onboarding of newly hired staff. \-Application of DNC. \-Knowledge of annual training plans and programs. \-Proficiency in the SIRCE platform. \-Compliance with requirements set by the Ministry of Labor.
