Required Knowledge: • Proficiency in Jira as a project management tool is mandatory. • Knowledge of the SCRUM framework. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word). Experience: • Minimum verifiable experience of 1 year. Job Responsibilities: • Coordinate technology projects using agile methodologies. • Participate in IT implementation projects. • Troubleshoot issues and propose improvements.
