This role involves troubleshooting, supporting, bug\-fixing and optimizing existing systems while ensuring their high performance, scalability, and reliability. **Must have:** * Willing and able to work on Weekends on monthly rotational basis * Strong communication Skills. * Eager to learn and to pick up challenging tasks. * Good at coding \& debugging. * Level L2, L3 Application Support experience \+ Development experience preferably in 3\-5 years range * Need to go through Coderpad * Tech Skills – Any object\-oriented programming experience (Java, C\+\+, Python, etc.) **Good to have:** * Unix/ Linux * SQL/database understanding * Banking/Investment Banking experience preferably **Responsibilities:** Investigate and drive support resolution with stakeholders. Serve as point of escalation for support issues. Develop and mature the SRE strategy to ensure scalability, reliability, and performance of our platforms. Automate manual processes to increase efficiency and reduce risk. Troubleshoot and resolve complex technical issues, collaborating with cross\-functional teams as needed. Work closely with the engineering team to drive resolution of client issues. Continuously improve processes and systems to increase reliability and reduce risk.
