




Position Summary: We are seeking a professional to design, develop, and implement training programs, ensuring skill enhancement and regulatory compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Content and training course design and development. 2. Coordination and implementation of onboarding and training programs. 3. Administrative management and compliance with labor regulations in training. We are a growing and transforming company located in Chihuahua City, at Av. Heroico Colegio Militar, corner with Sicomoro, commercial name Cubylam & Chalet. Job Description: Education: Bachelor’s degree or engineering degree relevant to the position. Age: No restriction. Gender: No restriction. Experience in similar position: Minimum 2 years. **Main Responsibilities:** * **Training Needs Analysis (TNA):** Conduct assessments to identify skill gaps and required training. * **Design and Development:** Create content, manuals, classroom-based courses, and instructional materials. * **Implementation and Logistics:** Coordinate and facilitate courses, workshops, and the onboarding process. * **Evaluation and Reporting:** Monitor training effectiveness. * **Administrative Management:** Manage vendors and maintain records (including compliance with Mexican labor regulations such as STPS, e.g., DC-3 and DC-4). Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 6:00 PM (1.5-hour lunch break); Saturdays, 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM.
