We are seeking an experience Electronics Engineer with strong background in electronics, automation, controls systems, and robotics. The ideal candidate should have hands\-on experience with coding, including programming for analog inputs and outputs, as well as digital I/o. Familiarity with Industrial sensors, PLC, and network connections for data acquisition is essential. **Responsibilities** -------------------- * Update or develop software programs for production, assembly, and testing processes. * Establish manufacturing methods, testing procedures, equipment, and systems for new products, as well as improvements to existing equipment. * Research, develop, and implement new test methods, equipment designs, and systems to improve manufacturing processes and ensure compliance with product specifications. * Provide technical assistance, services, and support to all product lines, taking ownership to investigate and implement solutions as needed. * Initiate necessary actions to meet or exceed cost reduction targets within the assigned area of responsibility. * Act as a responsible team member working closely with product engineers, quality control personnel, and factory supervision to maintain high levels of quality and productivity. * Generate all required documentation and procedures to release testing solutions or equipment. * Support and contribute to the development and training programs for technicians, engineers, and quality personnel, providing technical guidance throughout assigned projects. * Research and implement new equipment, tools, and processes to reduce manufacturing costs. * Meet or exceed established cost reduction objectives. * Create and maintain records related to equipment, tools, and processes. * Provide timely cost estimates for new or modified equipment and tools. * Maintain positive working relationships with production personnel and all levels of supervisors and managers. * Support cost reduction initiatives by advising Engineering on design changes. **Basic Requirements** ---------------------- * Bachelor’s degree in Electronics Engineering, Mechatronics, or Digital Systems. * Advanced English proficiency (approximately 80%). * Minimum of 3 years of experience in the design and maintenance of new equipment. * Experience with Windows/CVI and LabVIEW, Visual Basic. * Knowledge of SQL programming, data acquisition systems, and IT networks. * Lean Six Sigma knowledge or certification. * Strong commitment to customer satisfaction and teamwork. * Availability to work different shifts. **Preferred Qualifications** ---------------------------- * Experience in automation design for equipment. * Complex system commissioning of electronic systems. * Ability to present recommendations in a professional manner. * Strong workload and time management skills. * Master’s degree in Electrical or Digital Systems (preferred). * Ability to work with equipment involving electronic systems. * Experience in the manufacturing industry (product assembly). * Strong analytical problem\-solving skills. * Understanding of manufacturing industry objectives. **Onsite Work Arrangement:** This role is based fully onsite, and not eligible for hybrid or remote work opportunities.
