Administrative Coordinator
Overview
Responsible for supervising, organizing, and directing the plaza's administrative processes. Acts as the liaison between management, tenants, vendors, and administrative staff.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Administration, or related field. Incomplete degree, candidate completing studies, or graduate.
Minimum 3 years of experience in roles similar to this position:
Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office suite.
Lease agreement execution with tenants.
Proactive and overdue accounts receivable collection.
Customer service.
Availability to rotate shifts every 15 days, Monday through Saturday:
09:00 AM to 06:00 PM
10:00 AM to 07:00 PM
11:00 AM to 08:00 PM
IMPORTANT: On-call duty every 3 weeks (Monday to Sunday, with mid-week rest day).
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and supervise daily administrative activities.
Administer and control budgets, expenses, and vendors.
Handle and resolve various matters with tenants.
Provide administrative support to tenants and plaza visitors.
Supervise administrative staff.
Review tenant files.
Offer:
Monthly salary: $13,500 (gross)
Food vouchers: $1,350 (monthly)
