Job Summary: We are seeking a construction site resident to supervise and coordinate preventive and corrective maintenance of industrial or commercial buildings, managing personnel and ensuring project progress. Participation in the preparation of reports and material requisitions ***TCM Maintenance and Construction*** We are seeking a **construction site resident** for projects related to preventive and corrective maintenance contracts for buildings of industrial or commercial enterprises. **Main Job Responsibilities:** Supervise and coordinate activities of personnel, including technical crews and subcontracted workers, across various corrective and preventive maintenance tasks in commercial or industrial buildings. Prepare preliminary budgets, conduct site surveys, generate reports, requisition materials, and monitor project schedules. **Skills and Knowledge:** Knowledge of construction processes and/or maintenance practices, PC proficiency, positive attitude, responsibility, teamwork, and availability. **Requirements:** Civil Engineering or Architecture degree; minimum age 28; flexible schedule availability; minimum 1 year of experience in maintenance or construction projects. **We Offer:** Base monthly salary of $20,000 MXN (tax-free), plus profit-sharing commission; statutory benefits; work equipment and transportation (standard). **Work Schedule:** Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM (including one-hour lunch break); Saturday, 8:00 AM to 1:00 PM; Sundays off. Flexible schedule availability required. **Work Location:** Chihuahua City and surrounding municipalities.
