Supervision and coordination of work teams A leading company in the production of grocery packages invites you to join our team as: **WAREHOUSE MANAGER** **REQUIREMENTS:** Age: 25 years or older Education: Industrial Engineering or related field Gender: Unrestricted Experience: Minimum 3 years required in similar positions (preferably in food companies) **KNOWLEDGE:** * Intermediate Excel proficiency * EPICOR system proficiency * Personnel management * Logistics * Regulations applicable to the food industry * Warehousing * Safety standards and audits * FIFO (First-In, First-Out) **RESPONSIBILITIES:** * Analyze operations and design improvement strategies * Develop strategies contributing to the achievement of objectives (KPIs) * Plan, coordinate, and supervise all company operations * Warehouse supervision * Efficient warehouse processes * Reporting results to senior management * Inventory knowledge * CARD-EX verification * Competencies: * Teamwork * Active listening * Proactivity * Frustration tolerance **WE OFFER:** * Competitive salary plus benefits * Statutory benefits * Grocery vouchers * Mixed shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:30 PM; Saturdays, 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM Salary will be determined during the interview.
