As a Scrum Master for Delinea software development teams, you will play a pivotal role in establishing and shaping Scrum as defined in the Scrum guide. You will do this by effectively leading global teams and ensuring best practices of Scrum theory are met, both within the scrum teams and organizationally. The ideal candidate will embrace being accountable for the scrum team’s effectiveness in delivering high quality products and services to customers. You will accomplish this by enabling the scrum team to improve its practices, within the scrum framework.
