Responsibilities: - Diagnosis and repair of computer equipment, printers, multifunction devices, monitors, mice, keyboards, desktops, and laptops. - Windows 10 and Windows 11 image loading on computer equipment and AIOs. - Documentation of failures, diagnoses, and solutions. - Resolution of service tickets related to IT computer equipment. - Adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). - Return of parts and components. - Installation and management of backup equipment.
