Job Description We are seeking a candidate with experience in Technical Support. Responsibilities: - Diagnosis and repair of computer equipment, printers, multifunction devices, monitors, mice, keyboards, desktops, and laptops. - Windows 10 and Windows 11 image loading on computer equipment and AIOs. - Documentation of failures, diagnoses, and solutions. - Resolution of service tickets related to IT computer equipment. - Adherence to service level agreements (SLAs). - Return of parts and components. - Installation and management of backup equipment. Requirements In the absence of formal education, equivalent experience in Technical Support will be considered, including knowledge of: - 1 year of experience providing technical support for computer equipment. - Operating system image loading on computer equipment and AIOs. - Hard drive sanitization (Blancco). - Diagnosis and repair of equipment: Lexmark and Plustek printers, biometric devices, PIN pads, Macs, laptops, desktops, monitors, keyboards, etc. - Knowledge of structured cabling (copper, Category 6 and above). - Replacement of wall plates (outlets), jacks, RJ45 connectors, and cable installation. - Familiarity with operation of tools for node testing and cable punching.
