Develop and implement automation projects based on programming sequences via software (preferably UiPath). 2\. Recommend and implement improvements to processes, methods, and controls. **Is responsible for:** * Business process analysis and design. * Development of process automation solutions within an international team using UiPath. * Documentation of the designed RPA processes. * Independent operation, optimization, and maintenance of the RPA system. * Contact person for RPA\-related issues. * Document improvements and calculate savings from RPA implementations. * Make recommendations to the organization to achieve maximum production capacity and efficiency. * Improve manufacturing efficiency by analyzing and planning workflow, space requirements, and equipment layout. * Represents RPA on cross\-functional teams. * Understands the quality policy and quality objectives. * Performs duties and responsibilities in accordance with the documented quality system. * Recommends and implements improvements to activities and processes within the quality system. * The functions listed above are illustrative, but not limited to. **Education and professional knowlede:** * Information Technology Engineering, Software Programming Engineering, or similar field. * 1 to 2 years of work experience in software programming engineering. **Functional, technical and individual competences required:** * Knowledge of software development in programming languages (Java, C\#, .NET). * Knowledge of RPA development with UiPath. * Knowledge of business process modeling and optimization. * SAP proficiency. * MS Office proficiency. * CAD software proficiency. * Advanced English. * Customer focus. * Leadership. * Good interpersonal skills and teamwork. * Sense of urgency with a focus on achieving results. * Attention to detail. * Process innovation. * Ethics. * Design and management of efficient and sustainable processes. * Corporate environmental and social responsibility. **It would be a distinct advantage if the Job holder has previous experience in the following areas:** * Microsoft PowerBI. * Experiencience in the automotive industry IATF 16949\.
