Your work will help thousands of users across companies throughout Mexico process payroll, record attendance, and automate critical tasks without interruptions. We are looking for someone who enjoys solving technical problems, loves learning, and wants to grow with us. **Responsibilities:** Administer cloud servers and services (primarily AWS). Automate deployment processes (CI/CD) to deliver code to production faster. Maintain development and testing environments (Docker, Git, etc.). Configure access controls, VPNs, SSL certificates, and other network components. Monitor system status and respond to failures. Support the development and implementation teams when infrastructure-related technical issues arise. Document important configurations (what is installed, where, and why). Assist with basic operational security matters (reviewing access controls, backups, ports, etc.). **Requirements:** 2–4 years of experience in server administration, infrastructure, or DevOps. Advanced Linux system administration skills. Experience with Docker. Basic networking knowledge: IPs, ports, VPNs, firewalls, DNS. Experience automating tasks using Git and scripts (bash, python, or similar). Basic or intermediate AWS usage (EC2, S3, etc.). Good security practices (passwords, access controls, permissions, backups). Desirable: experience with Bitbucket, Kubernetes, Terraform, or similar tools. **Interpersonal Skills:** Ability to research and learn quickly. Organization and clear documentation. Teamwork with both technical and non-technical areas. Proactivity in improving existing processes.
