People-oriented mindset with strong leadership skills **SECTION I:** GENERAL DESCRIPTION Assembly line team leader responsible for leading and coordinating service departments to achieve company objectives through effective strategies and teamwork. **SECTION II:** EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION Professional degree or technical training. 2–3 years of experience as a supervisor or team leader. **SECTION III:** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS **English proficiency:** 50% (intermediate). Knowledge of manufacturing / assembly processes. Basic knowledge of problem\-solving tools (5 Whys, Ishikawa, 8D). Leadership skills. Teamwork\-oriented. Strong verbal communication skills. Basic knowledge of Windows applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Analytical skills. Decision\-making, negotiation skills, and people\-oriented mindset. **SECTION IV:** MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Comply with and enforce safety policies. **Meet safety metrics:** zero accidents, 5 OPS per week. Participate in and/or lead Safety Gemba walks. Participate in and/or lead process improvement initiatives, workshops, and new model launch phases. Participate in and/or lead quality problem\-solving meetings. Meet Quality metrics (RTFT \& CPU). Execute established processes rigorously (line balancing, tools, Andon systems, etc.), avoid line stoppages, and adhere to the production plan. Perform any other activities assigned by the supervisor. Support compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements applicable to the role in accordance with ISO 9001:2015\. Comply with safety rules established according to the position. Complete planned training related to Quality and Training on time. Identify and report any issues related to quality and compliance, and support corrective actions.
