This role involves close collaboration with cross\-functional teams to ensure product quality, manufacturability, and compliance with safety standards. Responsibilities * Conduct market research to identify requirements for new product development. * Understand customer needs and integrate findings into product goals and specifications. * Conceptualize new product ideas using modeling software. * Fabricate and test prototypes to identify and resolve design issues. * Evaluate materials, manufacturing processes, and tolerances to optimize product design. * Refine processes to prepare for full\-scale production. * Provide detailed product specifications and procedures to the manufacturing team. * Analyze existing products for improvement opportunities and update documentation. * Develop and enforce quality control criteria and safety guidelines. Qualifications \& Skills * Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus). * Proven experience in product development. * Experience in Process Characterization and Product Validation protocols. * Fluent in Spanish and English. * Knowledge of Scientific Molding is preferred. * Experience in the Medical Device industry is a plus. * Strong understanding of manufacturing processes, materials, and quality control. * Proficiency in 3D modeling software is preferred. * Excellent communication, teamwork, creativity, and problem\-solving skills.
