Position Summary: We are seeking a Prepress Designer with experience in graphic arts for file preparation and release, CTP operation, and color proofing, ensuring production quality and efficiency. Knowledge of CTP, digital presses, and flexography Prepress Designer (Graphic Arts) **A graphic arts company** specializing in corrugated and folding carton printing is seeking: Requirements * Education: Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Graphic Arts, or related field * Minimum 2 years of verifiable experience in a similar role (Prepress / Graphic Designer in the printing industry) * Demonstrable experience in prepress processes and file preparation for printing Essential Technical Skills * Advanced proficiency in **Adobe Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe Suite** * Proficiency in **XMF** * Experience with **CTP and plate output** * Operation of **digital presses** * Print adjustment and substrate knowledge * Color proofing (plotter) * Digital and flatbed printing operation * CNC cutting router operation * Basic knowledge of flexography * Proficiency in PC and MAC Main Responsibilities * File preparation and release for production (prepress) * Plate output and CTP operation * Digital printing and dummy production * Color proofing and technical adjustments per specifications * Production time optimization * Compliance with quality standards and technical specifications Competencies * High sense of responsibility * Productivity-oriented mindset * Sense of urgency * Ability to work under pressure * Attention to detail Working Hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. We Offer * Statutory benefits * Monthly food vouchers worth $1,200 Employment Type: Full-time Salary: $12,000.00 - $14,000.00 per month Work Location: On-site employment
