Summary: This role ensures compliance, control, and quality of the payroll process through audits, high-risk reviews, and supervisor trend analysis. Highlights: 1. Analyzes supervisor trends and maintains control matrices Ensure compliance, control, and quality of the payroll process through operational audits and high\-risk reviews (terminations, special bonuses, retroactive payments) and supervisor trend analysis. **SECTION I:** GENERAL DESCRIPTION Ensure compliance, control, and quality of the payroll process through operational audits and high\-risk reviews (terminations, special bonuses, retroactive payments) and supervisor trend analysis. **SECTION II:** EXPERIENC AND EDUCATION 3–5 years of experience in Payroll, Audit, and Controls. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or Accounting (preferred). **English proficiency:** 60%. **SECTION III:** KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND CERTIFICATIONS In\-depth knowledge of the payroll and Time \& Attendance (T\&A) process. Intermediate–advanced Excel skills for testing and reconciliations. Understanding of compliance and control frameworks. Strong analytical skills, including sampling and audit documentation. **SECTION IV:** MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Review and validate terminations, retroactive payments, and sensitive changes. Audit special processes (grocery allowance, bonuses, off\-cycle payroll runs). Perform payroll sampling and pre\- and post\-payroll calculation testing. Analyze supervisor trends (late approvals, recurring errors). Maintain control matrices, exception logs, and audit evidence. Issue findings and action plans and follow up on their closure. Validate compliance with policies and procedures. Participate in compliance with the Quality Management System (QMS) requirements related to ISO 9001:2015\. Comply with security rules as defined according to job function. Complete all planned quality and training\-related courses on time. Identify and report any quality or compliance issues and support corrective actions.
