Job Summary: We are seeking a Field Support Technician for diagnosis and repair of computer equipment, operating system installation, fault documentation, and service level agreement compliance. Key Responsibilities: 1. Diagnosis and repair of computer equipment and peripherals. 2. Operating system image deployment and hard drive sanitization. 3. Additionally, Inetum has been recognized as a **Top Employer**, a certification validating our commitment to employee well\-being, professional development, and excellence in talent management. **Job Description** We are seeking a candidate with experience in Technical Support. **Responsibilities:** * Diagnosis and repair of computer equipment, printers, multifunction devices, monitors, mice, keyboards, desktops, and laptops. * Windows 10 and Windows 11 image deployment on computer equipment and all\-in\-one (AIO) devices. * Documentation of faults, diagnostics, and solutions. * Resolution of service tickets related to IT computer equipment. * Compliance with service level agreements. * Return of parts and components. * Installation and management of backup equipment. **Requirements** In cases where formal education is not held, equivalent experience in Technical Support will be considered, including knowledge of: * One year of experience providing technical support for computer equipment. * Operating system image deployment on computer equipment and AIO devices. * Hard drive sanitization (Blancco). * Diagnosis and repair of equipment: Lexmark and Plustek printers, biometric devices, PIN pads, Macs, laptops, desktops, monitors, keyboards, etc. * Knowledge of structured cabling (copper, Category 6 and above). * Replacement of wall plates, jacks, RJ45 connectors, and cable installation. * Knowledge of operation of tools for: node testing, cable punching. **What We Offer** * Top Employer certification for our talent management practices. * Continuous training programs and certifications. * Access to learning and professional development platforms. * A culture of innovation and collaboration. * Physical and emotional well\-being programs. **Commitment to Equality** At Inetum, we foster an inclusive and equitable workplace.
