As **Systems Technician**, you will be responsible for: * Maintaining the **operational continuity of the technology platform** for users, contributing to efficiency and productivity through timely, preventive, and corrective technical support, with a focus on **analysis and resolution of problems**. * Analyzing and resolving technical incidents related to **hardware, software, connectivity, and corporate applications**, following up until closure. * Installing, configuring, and maintaining **computers, printers, peripherals, and software**. * Providing **user-level Microsoft 365 support**, including: + Outlook, Teams, OneDrive and SharePoint + Addressing email, access, synchronization, and collaboration issues + Functional support only—no account or license administration * Developing and maintaining **technical manuals, guides, and documentation** for procedures and solutions. * Coordinating and following up with **structured cabling and network service providers**, including direct communication, on-site work accompaniment, and basic validation of delivered services. * Installing and validating **computer systems, printers, and network points (voice and data)**, either directly or with support from external providers. * Delivering **customized technical support** to end users, with emphasis on service and responsiveness. * Performing **preventive and corrective maintenance** on computer and communications equipment. * Managing **inventories of computer and communications equipment**, including receipt, registration, control, and equipment distribution. * Knowledge of **wireless networks** and connectivity technologies. * Basic knowledge of **information security**, including malware protection and implementation of security measures. * Participation in **5S and continuous improvement initiatives** within the IT department. * Breaking down **complex problems** into manageable components to identify effective solutions. * Ability to quickly identify the **root cause of a technical issue**. **To Be Successful in This Role You Must Have** * Bachelor’s degree in Systems Engineering, Digital and Communications Engineering, or Computer Science. * Experience in networks, computer equipment, communications, and printing devices. * Knowledge of structured cabling, communication networks, hardware and software. * Familiarity with cabling standards and specifications. * The ability to approach problems logically and methodically is essential. * English proficiency is desirable. *Lear Corporation is an Equal Opportunity Employer, committed to a diverse workplace.* *Applicants must submit their resume for consideration using our applicant tracking system.
