Focus on technical development and proactive skills. **Job Objective** Provide support in basic tasks related to the installation and organization of electrical and electronic wiring, with willingness to learn and develop in the technical field. **Main Responsibilities** * Assist in cable pulling and organization under supervision. * Prepare materials and tools for work. * Learn to interpret basic blueprints and diagrams. * Comply with industrial safety standards. * Report progress and questions to the supervisor. **Requirements** * **Education:** Completed high school (Technical Training in Electricity/Electronics currently in progress is preferred). * **Experience:** Not required; willingness to learn will be valued. * **Basic Knowledge:** Use of hand tools. * **Skills:** * Proactive attitude. * Teamwork. * Responsibility and organization. **Desired Competencies** * Eagerness to learn. * Punctuality and commitment. * Adaptability.
