




Position Summary: Supervises and coordinates security personnel, conducts site inspections, evaluates performance, investigates incidents, detects risks, and prepares reports. Key Responsibilities: 1. Leads the coordination and scheduling of security personnel. 2. Conducts incident investigations and risk detection. 3. Promotes continuous training and customer relationship building. Job Description: * **Coordination and Scheduling:** Organizes and assigns tasks to security personnel, establishes work schedules, and ensures adequate service coverage. * **Site Inspections and Validation:** Conducts visits to work sites to verify service compliance, perimeter security, and proper equipment functionality. * **Performance Evaluation:** Assesses adherence to security standards and instructions, identifies training needs, and provides feedback to staff. * **Incident Investigation:** Investigates and analyzes security incidents, reviews logs, and, when necessary, takes photographs or analyzes video footage to document events. * **Risk Detection:** Identifies unsafe acts and conditions at monitored locations to prevent risks and propose improvements to security systems. * **Induction and Training:** Provides onboarding for new staff and delivers ongoing training to enhance team competencies in operational procedures and emergency response. * **Staff Guidance:** Instructs staff on roles, company policies, security frameworks, and service methodologies. * **Report Preparation:** Generates detailed reports on activities, incidents, and overall security service management. * **Interdepartmental Coordination:** Collaborates with other company departments and authorities to ensure an integrated security strategy. * **Customer Relationship Management:** Maintains positive relationships with clients, keeps them informed of updates, and ensures their satisfaction with the service.
