Proven experience in the railway industry **Job Objective:** Provide service to railway traction units at the assigned workshop / TORREON * **General and specific responsibilities:** * Monitor compliance with the 4% BO (Bad Order) unit target * Coordinate assignment of tasks to workshop personnel * Coordinate assignment of tasks to workshop personnel * Report personnel incidents * Comply with safety protocols established by the client * Attend workshop progress follow-up meetings * Train workshop personnel * Train workshop personnel **Experience:** * Minimum 2 years in a similar position * Proven experience in the railway industry (traction units) * Personnel/incident management experience * Knowledge of the railway field **Education:** Relevant engineering degree, with proven experience.
