Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to manage and track Purchase Orders, monitor deliveries, and coordinate with various departments. Key Highlights: 1. Experience in control room, traffic, or purchase orders 2. Proficiency in SAP Business One (mandatory) 3. Interdepartmental coordination Requirements: - Gender: Indifferent. - Education: Technical degree or Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Logistics, Business Administration). - 1–2 years of experience in control room, traffic, or purchase orders - Proficiency in SAP Business One (mandatory) - Logistics KPIs: Fill Rate, On-Time In-Full (OTIF), cycle times - Experience with customer portals and Accounts Receivable - Intermediate Excel proficiency - Flexibility regarding working hours Responsibilities: Main responsibilities: - Control and tracking of purchase orders - Integration of purchase orders–invoices–evidence - Monitoring of appointments, deliveries, and rejections - Coordination with Billing, Accounts Receivable, Warehouse, and Operations Knowledge of: Intermediate to advanced Excel (Pivot Tables) Competencies: - High level of commitment - Stress tolerance - Proactive attitude - Teamwork - Analytical thinking We Offer: - Competitive salary - Statutory benefits - Work location in Mexico City, Vallejo area (Azcapotzalco). - Working hours: Monday–Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:45 PM Employment Type: Full-time, indefinite term Salary: $16,000.00 – $17,000.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
