Ensuring legal and regulatory compliance (Federal Labor Law, STPS, NOM-035) **Organizational Development Analyst in Tijuana, B.C.** Company located at Thomas Alva Edison Industrial Park along Corridor 2000\. **POSITION OBJECTIVE** Comprehensively manage Human Resources processes, ensuring legal and regulatory compliance (Federal Labor Law, STPS, RBA, NOM\-035\), proper handling of audits, talent development, and organizational continuous improvement, guaranteeing timely closure of findings and effective implementation of training and organizational development plans. **RESPONSIBILITIES AND FUNCTIONS** **LEGAL AND LABOR COMPLIANCE** * Ensure compliance with the **Federal Labor Law** and STPS regulations. * Drafting and updating employment contracts, internal regulations, and policies. * Handling labor inspections and authority audits. * Preparing and tracking administrative minutes. * Managing labor relations and preventing conflicts. * Coordinating with external legal advisors. **INTERNAL AND EXTERNAL AUDITS** * Planning and executing internal HR audits. * Handling client audits and certifications. * Preparing documentary evidence. * Identifying, analyzing, and documenting findings. * Developing and tracking corrective action plans (CAPA). * Validating and closing findings. **NOM\-035\-STPS** * Implementing the NOM\-035\ program. * Administering psychosocial risk assessments. * Analyzing results and preparing reports. * Designing and implementing intervention plans. * Tracking and documenting corrective actions. * Training and raising awareness among leaders and employees. **PROCESSES AND CONTINUOUS IMPROVEMENT** * Documenting and updating HR procedures. * Standardizing key processes. * Mapping and improving organizational processes. * Implementing indicators and control dashboards. * Supporting HR automation or digitalization. **TRAINING PLAN** * Conducting Training Needs Assessment (TNA). * Developing the **Annual Training Plan**. * Coordinating internal and external training activities. * Maintaining records of evidence, attendance lists, and DC\-3 certificates (where applicable). * Evaluating training effectiveness. **FINDINGS FOLLOW-UP** * Recording and tracking audit, RBA, and NOM\-035\ findings. * Root cause analysis. * Defining corrective actions, responsible parties, and deadlines. * Periodic follow-up and validation of progress. * Effectiveness verification. * Documented and auditable closure of findings. **ORGANIZATIONAL DEVELOPMENT** * Supporting definition and updating of organizational structure. * Job description and evaluation. * Implementing performance evaluation processes. * Identifying and developing key talent. * Individual Development Plans (IDP). * Supporting workplace climate and organizational culture surveys. * Following up on actions derived from climate and performance assessments. **POSITION REQUIREMENTS** **Education** Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Business Administration, Industrial Relations, Human Resources, or related field. **Experience** * 2 to 4 years in organizational development * Experience in audits and NOM\-035\. * Knowledge of legal compliance and organizational development. * Performance indicators **Competencies** * Planning and follow-up. * Analytical thinking. * Effective communication. * Confidentiality. * Results orientation. * Continuous improvement.
