Professional development in a high-quality environment **Job Description** An internationally established company is looking to add a **Human Resources Generalist** to its team to lead HR processes and ensure compliance with current quality, safety, and regulatory standards. **Responsibilities:** * Oversee payroll calculation and disbursement. * Coordinate the full recruitment and selection process. * Design and implement annual training plans. * Coordinate safety and hygiene teams. * Ensure compliance with committees required by SQF (food safety, quality, and safety). * Prepare key performance indicator reports: turnover, absenteeism, and labor productivity. * Represent the HR department in both internal and external audits. * Maintain institutional relationships with IMSS, INFONAVIT, STPS, and external auditors. **Requirements:** * **Education:** Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (completed). * **Experience:** 4–5 years of experience in Human Resources. * **Industry:** Prior experience in the food industry or manufacturing is preferred. **Technical Knowledge:** * Payroll processing and the Mexican Federal Labor Law. * Organizational Development. * Recruitment and selection. * Occupational safety and hygiene. * ERP system proficiency and basic accounting knowledge. **We Offer:** * Growth opportunity in a company with international presence. * Professional development in a high-quality environment.
