DESCRIPTION ### **Objective** Ensure the correct operational execution of categories in-store, guaranteeing stock availability, product display, rotation, and sales indicators, through field monitoring and coordination with internal departments. ### **Responsibilities** * Execute planograms, promotions, and pricing at point of sale. * Ensure stock availability and inventory control. * Monitor sales, shrinkage, and rotation. * Supervise product display and arrangement. * Coordinate with logistics, operations, and procurement. * Identify deviations and implement corrective actions. * Train and monitor operational staff. * Conduct store visits. ### **Requirements** * Completed bachelor’s degree (related field). * 2–4 years of experience in retail store operations. * Experience as Assistant Manager / Store Supervisor / Floor Manager. * Personnel management and fieldwork experience.
