Job Summary: Ensure operational efficiency of distribution centers in the North/West region by managing inventory, storage, picking, and shipping, while meeting service level, quality, and cost targets. Coordinate with internal departments to ensure product availability **Job Objective:** Ensure operational efficiency of distribution centers in the North/West region by guaranteeing proper management of inventory, storage, picking, and shipping, in compliance with established service level, quality, and cost targets. **Key Responsibilities:** * Direct and supervise warehouse and distribution center operations in the region. * Ensure accurate receipt, storage, control, and picking of goods. * Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts and audits. * Optimize space utilization, warehouse layout, and internal processes. * Monitor and meet operational KPIs (productivity, accuracy, service level). * Manage warehouse operational budgets. * Coordinate with internal departments (sales, procurement, finance, HR) to ensure product availability. * Lead and develop the operations team (warehouse managers, supervisors, forklift operators, etc.). * Implement continuous improvement initiatives and efficiency projects. * Ensure compliance with safety, order, and cleanliness standards (5S). * Manage obsolete inventory, shrinkage, and damage control. * Support internal and external audits. **Job Profile:** **Education:** * Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Business Administration, or related field. **Experience:** * 5–8 years in warehouse or distribution center operations. * Experience leading multiple warehouses or regional operations. * Experience managing operations teams. **Technical Knowledge:** * Warehouse Management Systems (WMS). * ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or others). * Inventory control and cycle counting. * Warehouse layout and space optimization. * Continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, 5S). **Key Competencies:** * Operational leadership * Results orientation * Organization and control * Decision-making * Problem-solving * Effective communication **Performance Indicators (KPIs):** * Inventory accuracy (%) * Order fulfillment service level * Productivity (lines/orders per hour) * Inventory turnover * Shrinkage rate * Audit compliance **Job Relationships:** **Internal:** Sales, Procurement, Finance, Human Resources **External:** Suppliers and auditors **Scope:** Responsible for the operation of one or more distribution centers in the North/West region Salary: $48,000\.00 \- $55,000\.00 per month Workplace: On-site employment
