Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams that build great products and contribute to our growth, we are seeking to hire a Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara, Campus Norte. Reporting to the Production Manager, responsible for managing a production line, ensuring the proper use of human resources, materials, machinery, and time for the correct execution of production plans. A typical day at work includes:* Monitoring the daily production plan. * Managing and developing the personnel under your supervision. * End-to-end process responsibility. * Bottleneck analysis. * Hourly performance compliance. * Closing of work orders. The experience we seek to add to our team:* Engineering degree or related experience. * Experience in low- and high-volume manufacturing. * Experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing (integration). * Production supervisor experience. * Knowledge of problem-solving tools (coretool). * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Knowledge of production control systems (series, flows, traceability). * Personnel management. * General Excel proficiency. * 5S. * English is a plus. * Availability for Shift 3. * ERP knowledge (Baan and FlexFlow) would be a plus.
