Job Summary To support our extraordinary teams building great products and contributing to our growth, we are seeking to hire a Production Supervisor located in Guadalajara, Campus Norte. Reporting to the Production Manager, responsible for managing a production line, ensuring proper use of human resources, materials, machinery, and time for correct execution of production plans. A day in the job:* Monitor daily production plan. * Manage and develop team members. * End-to-End process ownership. * Bottleneck analysis. * Hourly performance compliance. * Work order closure. The experience we seek to add to our team:* Engineering or related experience. * Experience in Low and High Volume production. * Experience in metal-mechanical manufacturing (integration). * Production supervisor experience. * Knowledge of problem-solving tools (coretool). * Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing. * Knowledge of production control systems (series, flows, traceability). * People management skills. * General Excel proficiency. * 5S. * English is a plus. * Availability for Shift 3. * ERP knowledge (Baan and FlexFlow) would be a plus.
