Daily receipt of goods together with the restaurant chef, verifying weights and quantities delivered according to the Purchase Order sent to the supplier. Daily comparison of Purchase Orders versus invoices for delivered goods, reporting 100% compliance as a "complete" delivery and notifying any discrepancies as an "incomplete" delivery. Organizing merchandise according to the FIFO principle, expiration dates, and the designated product shelf order.
