A Day In The Life * Control and execute material movements in SAP; create Office documents; communicate with customer service (USA); prepare production-related documents. * Responsible for receiving documents required for export activities. * Responsible for assigning carriers to production documents, among other duties. * Responsible for generating reports and/or tracking existing ones. * Responsible for executing material movements in SAP, among other transactions. * May perform simple administrative tasks only in exceptional cases or as directed by the supervisor. * Locating material in the shipping area. * Generating reports. * Executing material movements in the system. * Creating documents in the system. * Performing various functions using multiple SAP T\-codes. * Verifying material availability in the shipping area. * Receiving finished goods from production (Deliveries) when requested by the supervisor. * Performing 5S and industrial safety activities specific to this position. * Other responsibilities inherent to the department.
