Key skills in communication, organization, and problem-solving We are looking for an **Executive Assistant** with **Human Capital support** Requirements: Age: 27 \- 40 years old Gender: Unrestricted Education: Bachelor’s degree (Communication, Marketing, Psychology) Conversational English 2 years of experience in a single position Excellent communication, organizational, discretion, and pressure-handling skills Adaptability Problem-solving Attention to detail Problem-solving Responsibilities: \- Implementation of occupational health and well-being programs. \- Promotion of a positive work environment \- Management of administrative processes related to incidents, leave requests, vacation logs, and attendance records. \- Scheduling of events, birthdays, anniversaries, and training courses (day-of coordination) \- Management of fleet documentation (insurance, incurred expenses, service scheduling, invoice and payment tracking) \- Document management/control, recruitment and selection for administrative or operational positions as applicable \- Record-keeping for uniform and PPE distribution \- Various tasks such as managing director’s travel allowances, generating invoices, among others We Offer: Biweekly salary Meal allowance bonus Statutory benefits Savings fund: 3% Excellent work environment Work schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM \- 6:00 PM, with 1 hour for lunch Position type: Full-time, indefinite-term contract Salary: $12,000\.00 \- $13,000\.00 per month Benefits: * Study support * Savings fund * Option for indefinite-term contract * Free uniforms * Meal vouchers Education: * Completed bachelor’s degree (Preferred) Language: * English (Preferred) Workplace: On-site employment
